How to Search a Streaming Content Channel

Step 1: Click on a channel on the left side of your dashboard to see the available content within that channel.

Step 2: Click the magnifying glass icon on your top navigation bar. A search menu will appear.

Step 3: The search function offers multiple options when searching for your desired content. You can type a keyword into the search box to find items that match your key term. You can also navigate through the content using filters such as asset type, delivery format, or target audiences.

Searching by Keyword

Type your desired key term into the search bar, then click “Search” to find items that match all or a portion of your keyword. It is often better to use two or more words to refine the search to that exact combination. For example, “data strategy” is better than “data”.

Next, use the filters along the left side to narrow your search. You may filter by Asset Type, Delivery Format, and Target Audience. There may be additional options relevant to only this channel as well. Click on the respective drop-down menus to find your filter options.

Searching with Filters without a Keyword

You may filter the content in a campaign using filters without providing a key term. For example, if you are looking for a Blog Post, delivered in the format of a Blog, and looking for customer-facing content, you may check off those respective boxes without typing a keyword, and click “Search”. The search results will then provide the content that meets your specific requirements.

Show Only Downloadable Assets

Use the “Show only downloadable assets” checkbox to download documents (like PDF, PowerPoint, etc.) used throughout your campaigns. If any asset is in PDF format, such as a whitepaper or an eBook, you will now be able to download and use it as you desire.

Option 1: If you would like to search by keyword and filter your results, please follow the steps above in the  “Search a Channel” section. Then, click “Show only downloadable assets” to find the downloadable content.

Then, click the “Download” button to download the asset as a PDF, and use it as needed.

Option 2: To view all downloadable assets within a channel, leave the filters and search box empty, and check only “Show only downloadable assets”. Then, you will be able to view all downloadable assets within a channel, and download them for your own use.
