Learn how to mark an asset or an entire week of content as a Favorite. You can do so by clicking the heart icon to the right of the episode or when previewing an item. Learn where to find your Favorites in your dashboard.
Where to find your Favorite items
You will find a heart icon on the top navigation bar in your dashboard. This icon is next to the “Help” menu.
Before you start saving items, your Favorites tab will display the below message.
Mark an asset as a Favorite
To mark an asset as a favorite, preview the item by clicking the thumbnail icon.
A box will open displaying a preview of the asset. To Favorite the asset, click on the heart icon in the top right corner next to the “x” button. The heart icon will turn red to indicate it has been selected.
Mark an entire week of content as a Favorite
To mark an entire week of content as a Favorite, scroll down to the week you desire to Favorite. In the top right corner next to the weekly content title, you will see a heart icon. Click the heart icon to mark the week as a Favorite. The heart icon will turn red to indicate it has been selected.
Viewing your Favorite items
Once you have marked an asset or weekly content as a Favorite, click on the heart icon in your navigation bar to view the content you have marked. Your heart icon will now display the number of assets or weekly content you have Favorited.
Differentiate which pieces of content you have Favorited by the “Location” or “Content” columns. “Location” will tell you which channel, theme, and week in which you can find the content. “Content” will display if you have favorited an asset (i.e. Monday | Blog, and Share This button), or an entire week of content (i.e. Week 8 - Share Week).
Click on the “eye” icon to open the displayed content and preview what you have marked as a Favorite. Click on the “eye” icon again to close the preview.
Click on a button associated with any asset to take that action, the same as you would with an asset shown on your dashboard (ex. Click “Share This” to share the item).
Click on the “x” icon if you no longer wish to have the content marked as a Favorite.
