Then, click on the Contacts icon next to "Bounces."  ![Screen Shot 2021-03-05 at 12-35-07 PM-png](https://knowledge.contentmx.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202021-03-05%20at%2012-35-07%20PM-png.png?width=688&name=Screen%20Shot%202021-03-05%20at%2012-35-07%20PM-png.png)   You will see a list of bounced contacts for that email campaign.  **![](https://knowledge.contentmx.com/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202021-03-05%20at%2012-39-31%20PM-png.png)**   **Step 2: Add bounced contacts to their own list.** To do this, click "Add to Network." ![](https://knowledge.contentmx.com/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202021-03-05%20at%201-05-42%20PM-png.png) If you do not yet have an email list/network dedicated to bounced contacts, create a new email network from this page. **Select the list** where you would like to assign these contacts. Click **Assign. ** If you would like to view this list, go to Contacts \> [Manage Contacts.](https://contentmx.com/b/members.php) ![](https://knowledge.contentmx.com/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202021-03-05%20at%203-04-00%20PM-png.png)   **Step 3: Remove bounced contacts from your email lists. **To do this, go to Contacts \> [Manipulate Contact Lists.](https://contentmx.com/b/member_operations.php) This page has a list of operations you can perform to add or remove contacts from lists. Note that if you sent this email campaign to multiple lists, you will need to complete this operation several times.    We don't recommend permanently deleting contacts from your account.
