Share gated assets with your leads, and understand your Lead Scores
Many of your content campaigns include assets called Build Your List items. Build Your List items are gated content pieces like ebooks and white papers designed to nurture your Leads. In your dashboard, you will find them marked with a purple banner reading "Gated Content". Your Leads are required to submit their contact information before they can access Build Your List content.
Gated assets can be hugely beneficial to your marketing and lead generation strategy since they help you capture Leads who are truly interested in learning about the products and services you offer. Make sure that your marketing and sales teams have a plan to follow up with these highly interested Leads!

You'll also see Build Your List items that prompt your Leads to subscribe to your mailing list and continue receiving updates from your company. These items do not include an ebook or white paper, but sharing them over social media and your company's blog is a great way to capture interested Leads for your email campaigns!
How it works
You share the Build Your List item over social media and blog platforms.
Your new lead clicks into the item, and is presented with a gate, or form, requesting their information.
The new lead enters their information, chooses to opt into your mailing list, and clicks Submit. Our system immediately sends the requested content to your lead.
You will instantly receive an email notification with the new lead's information.
Your new lead's information will also be available in your Level 4 Lead Scores. You can click in to view, organize, and export their contact information.
How to preview, customize, and share Build Your List items
To preview the Build Your List Item, click on the item's thumbnail image.
Preview the Gated Content by clicking on the Title link below the image.
When you're ready to edit and share the Build Your List item, close out of the preview and click Share This.
You can make edits to the messaging, title, description, and thumbnail. Use hashtags and company keywords to reach more prospects across your networks.
Select your networks under Publish To. Schedule your post for later, or share it immediately.
