The new Home Dashboard

The Home Dashboard is the starting point for your daily marketing and sales activity. From one place you can finish setup, publish content, manage your Partner Page and connections, review Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and prioritize the contacts most ready for follow-up.

When you sign in, you land on the Home Dashboard. It brings together the actions that grow your pipeline—publishing content, engaging your audience, and acting on purchase intent—so you always know what to do next.

Activity from the content you publish and the people who engage with it is summarized here so you can act while interest is high.

Getting Oriented on Your Home Dashboard

The Home Dashboard answers a simple question each day: What do you want to do today?

Across the top you will see primary actions that take you straight into the work that matters most:

  • Select & Publish — Choose curated content from vendors and thought leaders and publish it to your networks
  • Create Your Own — Build original campaigns from your documents, links, and media
  • Manage Contacts — Open your contact and opportunity pipeline
  • Leads to Focus On — Jump to the contacts with the highest priority for follow-up
  • Lead Discovery — Find and enrich new prospects
  • Sales Intelligence — Open the full Reporting Dashboard for deeper analysis

Use these shortcuts when you already know your next task. Scroll the page when you want a fuller picture of setup status, recent publishing, and new leads.

Setup Progress

If your account is still being configured, a Setup progress section appears near the top. Completing these steps unlocks the full value of the platform—publishing content and generating sales opportunities.

Typical steps include:

  • Selecting channels and feeds for vendor and thought-leader content
  • Connecting social networks, blogs, and email lists
  • Completing your profile and branding
  • Publishing your first piece of content

Click Continue on any incomplete step, or reopen the account setup wizard from the gear menu (Settings and setup). When every step is done, this section hides automatically. If a network connection needs attention, you will see a reconnect notice so you can fix it quickly.

TIP: Keep your social, blog, and email connections current. Expired connections are common and easy to repair—and they are essential for publishing and for generating Social and Email MQLs.

Tips and News

The Tips and News section surfaces product tips, platform updates, and new content opportunities you can publish. New items are highlighted so you can quickly learn best practices and spot campaigns worth sharing. A badge near the top of the page jumps you directly to this section when something new is waiting.

Guided Tour

The first time you open the Home Dashboard, a short guided tour walks through each area—what it is for and why it matters. Returning users may also see an introduction when the Home Dashboard becomes available on their account. Use the tour to get familiar with the layout, then return to it later if you need a refresher.

Publishing Content and Managing Your Page

Your Page and Connections

Your branded Partner Page (microsite) hosts the gated content, videos, and documents you share. On the Home Dashboard you can:

  • Open your Microsite Landing Page URL
  • Edit the brandable page prefix
  • Customize the layout and style of your Page
  • Review counts for Social Networks, Blogs, Email Lists, and CRM Integrations

Your Page is where visitors engage with what you publish. Clicks from social posts, blog articles, and emails arrive there—and that activity feeds the leads and MQLs you see later on this same dashboard. For a deeper look at how your Page works and how activity is reported, see Your Partner Page and Activity Reports.

Recently Published and Scheduled Content

This section shows your publishing pipeline at a glance:

  • Published — Items already live
  • Scheduled — Items waiting to go out
  • Pending — Items that still need approval or completion

Open an item to review it, generate related content, or jump into the Content Dashboard for the full list. From here you can also Select & publish, Create your own, and configure automated posting so featured content can go out to your networks on a regular cadence.

Recent Media and Source Materials

Files and URLs you have uploaded appear here for reuse in emails, social posts, trivia games, and other campaigns. Use Manage Media or Add new media when you are preparing original content.

Content Workstreams

Near the bottom of the Home Dashboard, three workstreams organize how you create and grow demand:

Content Sourced For You
Browse curated channels from vendors and thought leaders. Configure automated posting so featured content can publish to your social media, blog, and email lists automatically—still under your control.

Add Your Own Content
Create original campaigns that reflect your brand voice: trivia games, shareable documents and links, one-off emails, and newsletters.

Find New Sales Leads
Grow your pipeline by enriching Identified Visitors, deriving leads from social reactions and email clicks, following up on form submissions, and searching B2B databases for new prospects.

Turning Activity into Sales Opportunities

Publishing content and sending campaigns generates engagement. The Home Dashboard turns that engagement into a clear daily follow-up list.

Your Sales Ready Leads

Your Sales Ready Leads summarizes recent Marketing Qualified Leads so you can engage while interest is fresh. Metric tiles typically include:

  • Identified Visitors — People who have been recognized on your Partner Page
  • Social MQLs — Reactions and engagement from social networks
  • Email MQLs — Interest generated from email clicks
  • Form MQLs — Level 4 leads collected when gated “Build Your List” content forms are completed
  • Leads to focus on — A count of high-priority contacts ready for outreach

Click any tile to open the related report. For the full picture—including longer trends and deeper filters—choose View the Reporting Dashboard.

TIP: Not seeing numbers in one of the MQL columns? That usually points to an opportunity to do more. Email MQLs require sending campaigns to your lists. Social MQLs require active publishing to LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. Form MQLs require gated content. Identified Visitors grow as people engage with your Partner Page and sign in or complete forms.

Leads to Focus On

Leads to focus on highlights contacts with the highest Lead Rating and most recent activity. Lead Rating reflects the recency, frequency, and type of engagement—so you spend time on people who are most likely to convert.

For each contact you can see key details, Last Activity, and Lead Rating. Click a contact to open their full profile and history, then follow up while interest is high. Use View all leads for the complete prioritized list, or open All contacts to manage your broader pipeline.

If this section is empty, start by importing contacts, publishing content, and sending emails. Activity from those actions is what builds Lead Rating and fills this list over time.

A Simple Daily Routine

To get the most from the Home Dashboard:

  1. Finish setup (if anything remains) and reconnect any expired networks
  2. Publish or schedule content—use Select & Publish, Create Your Own, or automated posting
  3. Check Tips and News for new opportunities and product guidance
  4. Review Sales Ready Leads and open any new MQL reports that matter today
  5. Work Leads to Focus On—open the top contacts and follow up the same day
  6. Use Find New Sales Leads when you want to enrich visitors or discover additional prospects

Consistent weekly publishing—especially gated content and email campaigns—keeps Identified Visitors, MQLs, and high Lead Rating contacts flowing into this view.

Settings, Branding, and Credits

From the gear menu (Settings and setup) you can reopen setup progress, modify branding and profile, customize your Partner Page, manage networks and lists, and manage automated posting.

If your account includes premium features, the crown icon shows credit balances used for enrichment, AI content generation, and related capabilities. Credits unlock more leads and more ways to create and publish content from the same Home Dashboard workflow.
