Report Content Issues Directly From Your Account

Our team works to provide the best quality content, but if the content is out of date, off-topic, incorrect, or not the quality you expect, we need to know!

How to report a content issue directly from your account:

Step 1: Identify the “!” icon associated with any asset, or full week of content.

You can find this icon located in any of three places: in the preview area of an asset, next to a full week of content, or inside the Edit Message form.

 

On the upper right of the preview window.

Step 2: Click on the “!” icon to report your content issue. A pop-up window will appear where you will be prompted to describe the content issue, then click Submit.

Step 3: Keep an eye out for an email from support@contentmx.com in case of any follow-up questions or resolutions.
